BuylotteUSA.com is a courier service.  Once you register and purchase a ticket,  buylottoUSA.com  auto-generates your lottery intake sheet.  Your intake sheet has a unique identifer to your account.  Our buylottoUSA.com agents takes your intake sheet to purchase your lottery ticket at a licensed lottery outlet.  Once your lottery ticket has been purchased, it scanned and uploaded to your account for viewing.  Thereafter, your physical ticket is stored in a safe.  When you win, BuylottoUSA.com will automatically notify you and will assist you in the collection of your winnings.

How much does a ticket cost? 

A lottery ticket consist of  five $1 plays.  Each play for Mega Millions consists of six numbers from two seperate pools of numbers- five different numbers from 1 to 56 and one number from 1 to 46.  BuylottoUSA.com charges a $5 courier fee.  So. you total cost per lottery ticket is $10.

How do I know when I win?

BuylottoUSA.com automatically monitors all purchased tickets for each jackpot drawing.  BuylottoUSA.com will notify you via e-mail and  update your online account when you win.  Additionally, lottery results are published in our results section after every draw.  You can also visit www.megamillions.com

Can you mail my lottery ticket ?

United State Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 61, Section 1302 prevents buylottoUSA.com from mailing lottery tickets to anyone in the United States outside of MegaMillions designated locations (see www.megamillions.com/whereto/ for States) 

How do I collect my winnings?

Winnings under $600 , your winnings will be credited to your account.  At your option, you can use these credits for future lottery ticket purchases or request payout from your account.  The payout will be sent to you at your request via company check, paypal account or bank wire.  You will be responsible for any applicat costs for bank wires.


In order to abide by applicable laws, for winnings over $600, you have three options:

Option A

BuylottoUSA.com will send you an offical lottery claim form which you will fill out, sign and return to us.  We will   submit your signed form along with your winning ticket to the appropriate lottery commision to be redeemed by you.  After verifying your identity and the validity of the claim, the lottery commision will issue a check in you name.  Keep in mind that the lottery commission alway reserves the right of requiring you to personally appear to collect major winnings; particulary if you win the jackpot.

Option B

BuylottUSA.com can send your original ticket to you as long as you reside in an area that do not violate provisions of  United States Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 61, Sections 1302,and Section 1307.

Option C

BuylottoUSA.com will arrange travel and accomondation for you to pick up your ticket from our offices and assist you in the collection of your winnings.  All costs are your responsibility.


Can I cancel or get a refund?

All tickets orders are final.  Cancellations or refunds are not allowed.  Once you order is placed, we automatically purchase your tickets which are not refundable or cancelable.  If you have an issue with this policy, please do not order.
